Death Note V. 7

anime/manga

Yes, my first post for Death Note. I’ll be doing little summaries, but not so much scanlation unfortunately.  Here we go…

It started off with the capture of Higuchi and the police force first contact with the notebook.  So now everyone could see Rem, and they learned the truth behind the notebook.  Light gained back his memories and appeared even creepier than before.  A freakin’ genius. This volume just makes me dislike Misa’s character even more. Ya know the kind of character you just can’t help but scream "stupid!".  Light clearly is heartless by the way he’s using Misa, and she’s just the most naive person ever.  The most surprising part was when L died
It can’t be. He’s to cunning to die like that.  I want to believe that it was all L’s plan to see the real face of Light, but then again, Rem did die for killing Watari and L.  The story skipped about 4 years in the future in which the 23- yr old Light enters the NPA.  Near, a successor of L, works with the American FBI to resolve the Kira case.  Near is somewhat similar to L by the way he sits and he keeps on twirling with his hair.  I thought Near was L’s admirer, but apparantly not since he called L  a "loser". -_- Seriously, these people have no emotions.  Mello, a girl from the same orphanage as Near, is trying to get her hand on the notebook with the help of the mafia?  Another creepy girl who’s addicted to chocolate.  So next volume would be about Sayu’s kidnap.

Once again this manga never fails me.  People should seriously read this or they are missing out big time.  I don’t have my scanner hook up right now so I have to use the camera.  As to why I don’t dl the whole manga, it is because my computer doesnt accept zip files for some reason, so I am waiting patience for Volume 8 in November!
